Ingredients:
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 Ataulfo mango, peeled and diced
1 jalapeno pepper (Adjust according to your spice level!)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Pinch of sugar
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of italian seasonings (optional)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil and toss. Refrigerate until ready to use. Goes well as a side to many entrees or as a dip for chips.
